As the Vice-President of Human Resources, Marie-Pier oversees the development of HR practices and strategies and is responsible for the overall global management of LeddarTech’s talent portfolio. She has over 15 years of experience as a leader in human resource management in fast-growing global companies. She is an HR leader with an operational sense of how to turn vision into action. She has expertise in team development and process management, including implementing effective recruitment, resource management and human capital program development.
Before joining LeddarTech in 2017 as the company’s first Head of HR, Marie-Pier worked internationally, stationed in London, UK, before joining Activision Blizzard, a leading American videogame publishing company headquartered in California. She holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Industrial Relations and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Management with a major in Human Resources.
